  • Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days across India.

  • Tracking: Real-time tracking will be shared via our professional email (care@indrisa.com) upon dispatch.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the artisanal nature and hygienic requirements of luxury skincare, Indrisa operates a strict No-Return Policy once the product seal is broken.

  • Transit Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with unboxing photos/video for a complimentary replacement.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before they enter our dispatch queue.

  • SKIN SENSITIVITY & ALLERGY POLICY

    Our formulations are dermatologist-tested and crafted with high-concentration, pure botanicals. Because individual skin profiles vary, we recommend a 24-hour patch test prior to full application. 

    Product returns or refund claims based on skin reactions are reviewed on an individual basis by our quality compliance team. To assist our review, claims must be accompanied by usage timelines and a formal diagnostic note from a registered dermatologist specifically linking the reaction to our product batch.
