OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Indrisa Essence Pvt Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Indrisa. By visiting our site and/or purchasing the Indrisa Night Elixir, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT & PRICING

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our 30ml Night Elixir.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate (18%).

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue the product without notice.

3. PAYMENTS & SECURITY

All transactions are processed through secure, third-party encrypted payment gateways (Cashfree Payments).

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

     

  • We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.

     

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our delivery process is designed to protect high-value skincare.

 

  • Carrier: Orders are dispatched exclusively via Blue Dart Air Express.

     

  • Timeline: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the product pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic serums and our small-batch production:

  • Final Sale: Once the product seal is broken, it is considered "Used" and is not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damages: In the rare event of transit damage, you must notify us at care@indrisa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds (for damages only) will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the trademarked Benoitite™ Essence, brand name, and imagery, is the exclusive property of Indrisa Essence Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reselling of our products under a different name is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Indrisa does not guarantee that the use of our product will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for skin reactions resulting from personal allergies; we recommend a patch test before regular use of the Night Elixir.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
