1. SHIPPING PARTNERS & HANDLING
To maintain our standard of excellence, we exclusively utilize Premium Express Courier services for all domestic shipments.

Secure Packaging: Every 30ml elixir is housed in secure, shock-resistant luxury packaging to prevent transit damage.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of placement.

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically reach major metropolitan areas within 3–5 business days. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, please allow up to 7 business days.

Operational Days: Our dispatch team operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic (India): We offer express free shipping on all orders across India to provide a seamless concierge experience.

International:
We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping charges are levied for international orders and they may incur customs duties or import taxes as determined by your country's regulations—these are not included in your order total and remain your responsibility.

4. ORDER TRACKING
The moment your order is handed over to our Premium Express Courier partner, you will receive a confirmation via your registered email (care@indrisa.com) and SMS. This will include a unique tracking number to monitor your elixir’s journey in real-time.
5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SECURITY
Given the high value of our formulations, our courier partners may require a signature upon delivery.

Verification: Please ensure someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package.

Unsuccessful Attempts: If a delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to our Hyderabad facility. Re-shipping may incur additional handling fees.
6. TRANSIT DAMAGE & INSPECTION
While we take extreme care in packaging, please inspect your parcel upon arrival.

If the outer tamper-evident seal is compromised or the package is visibly damaged, please record a brief unboxing video and contact us at care@indrisa.com within 48 hours.

Verified transit damages are eligible for an immediate priority replacement.
